If we had our say come Emmy time, we'd also pay tribute to the watercooler and forget about issuing "Boston Legal" its umpteenth nomination. So before we find out how many actresses from "Desperate Housewives" are "thrilled to be nominated" – or snubbed – this time around, we present an alternative Emmy shortlist, highlighting the season's good, bad and just plain wrong.
